I originally created this project as a way for students to express their creativity while practicing how to write linear equations. When I first assigned this project, I was so surprised with the hidden talent within my classroom, so I kept assigning it every year. This project will challenge students to find patterns and apply linear equations to something like art that might seem disconnected at first.
