This folder contains every recipe I use and have used with my middle school Foods and Nutrition classes. There are 30 in total including 6 holiday cookie recipes, 6 scone recipes, and 6 muffin recipes. There are recipes for all sections of the MyPlate and for a variety of skills and cooking methods. Some of the recipes are broken down into 2, 45-minute class periods to that students would have enough time to finish everything without being rushed.

This folder contains a notes page over washing dishes properly, a lab make-up form, and a lab plan for the washing dishes lab that my classes do and are required to do before they can participate in any of the cooking lab. I have 5 different class periods that complete this in the same day and I divide up the kitchen's dishes based on cabinet and the students need to clean everything in their assigned cabinet. If I knew a student was going to have to stay late, I would write them during class to be prepared. I emailed my faculty to let them know that I would be using these passes so they would know they were from me.
