TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching in an inner-city school for nine years. I have taught nine years of English III, four years of Creative Writing, and three years of ESL English. Five years ago I designed the curriculum for Cinema and Literature. This is always a work in progress as it was developed from scratch. Although some of my materials are specific to Cinema and Literature, they can really be used for any English class.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am excited to share my student-led activities with you to make your students excited again and, hopefully, alleviate the stress of creating lessons and content for your class.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I know how stressful it is to have a sick kid, be behind on your grading, or just be too tired that all you can bare to do is Netflix binge on Grey's Anatomy for 8 hours. #guilty. Take a look at my shop and take what you need to get you through. You are an amazing teacher. You are an amazing human BECAUSE you are a teacher.
