Our priority is developing training solutions that save you time, minimize costs, and reflect the reality of your people and the work they do every day. Scenario-based training takes real-life situations that can be made industry-specific and shows how the new concepts trainees learn can quickly be applied when they return to work. Attractive and whimsical designs and a bit of humor make the lessons entertaining and keep learners interested, and the scenarios themselves bridge the gap between knowledge and application. We also provide thorough "train the trainer" guides, job aids, worksheets, and other materials that reaffirm new skills and help keep them on track in the future. In this way, we ensure our lessons aren’t just engaging, they’re effective for you and your company.
Both Molly and Staci have received a Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. Additionally, Molly is a certified Master Trainer for AchieveGlobal and certified in the Keychange Institute coaching and facilitation process. She also won the National Stone Association’s award for Community Involvement for the development of RockMan, a School Partnership Program.
Molly has a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Educational Administration. Staci studied at the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon before transferring to complete her political science program at Seattle University.
