Increase the Jolly: Session 5 - Constructive Feedback

Session 5 of the Increase the Jolly Leadership Program focuses on getting team members Back on Track Constructively. Feedback can be one of the trickiest leadership skills to master and giving constructive feedback or criticism can be intimidating. Having a simple process for planning a feedback discussion and a clear idea of what you want to say and why it's important takes the dread away from these conversations.

Increase the Jolly is a leadership program focused on five critical skillsets: Strengthening Trust, Performance Expectations, Appreciate the Good, Listen with Heart, and Constructive Feedback. The program can be purchased as a whole, or as "mini-lessons" per individual session. The program, whether bought as a whole or one session at a time, provides educators with a handbook for learners, a detailed trainer's guide, and handouts that include supplemental activities for use in the classroom or as homework after the session. All skills are introduced with a jolly-holiday spin to keep the program fun and engaging.
