Increase the Jolly Leadership Training

This is the full Increase the Jolly Program, focused on five critical leadership skillsets:

Although each session can be taught as a standalone unit, teaching them together in order has a powerful impact. This takes new leaders through a range of key leadership skills and provides a refresher to those who have more experience in a leadership role. Increase the Jolly uses seasonal design and a bit of holiday humor to keep the lessons engaging and entertaining while teaching real-life skills that can have a significant impact on leadership effectiveness.

The program, whether bought as a whole or one session at a time, provides educators with a handbook for learners, a detailed trainer's guide, and handouts that include supplemental activities for use in the classroom or as homework after the session. All skills are introduced with a jolly-holiday spin to keep the program fun and engaging.
