For almost a decade, Dr. Hines (Support Teachers) has been committed to making a difference in the lives of his students. Specializing in struggling readers, tier II and III students, as well as EIP/IEP students, he has a proven track record of success in helping students overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. He understands that each student learns differently, and he uses his expertise to create personalized lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles. With a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in Reading Education, and Doctorate degree in Organization Leadership and Strategic Change (2023), he is well-versed in the latest educational theories and practices. He knows how to engage his students and keep them motivated, and he uses a variety of teaching methods to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed. He is a lifelong learner, constantly seeking to improve himself and his teaching abilities. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in education.
