TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a middle childhood generalist whose work experience includes elementary-age students to adults. Although most of my teaching experience centers on work with fifth grade, I also taught a few years in other grade levels, including Kindergarten to grade 4.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have expertise in developing educational materials for Grades 3 to 8. My resources are created to be fun and engaging and effectively reinforce daily lessons across all subjects. Some examples of these resources include WebQuest projects, PowerPoints, instructional games, videos, and more. All my tools are based on best practices and are designed to help students improve their skills and concepts enjoyably and effectively. My primary focus is to implement best practices in the classroom to provide my students with a high-quality education. These practices constantly inspire me and motivate me to create educational materials that are both enjoyable and engaging. My resources align with national education standards and cater to students' diverse intelligence from kindergarten to 7th grade. All products have been tested by teachers and approved by students, and they significantly impact learning. Research shows that students need extensive practice to acquire essential skills and concepts. However, keeping them motivated to engage in learning for the long term can be challenging. Therefore, my products address this issue and cover all content areas. The available resources include tools such as Web Quest projects, PowerPoints, videos, games, worksheets, and other activities designed to help reinforce fun and interactive skills and concepts. For instance, the mathematical resources are aligned with most textbook publishers and cover all math skills and concepts taught. These resources are perfect for in-person or virtual classroom learning, Google Classroom, whole-class/Smartboard, small group, or individual practice at school or home. I maintain and frequently update these resources to ensure their efficiency. For more information, please visit my website: https://bestpracticelearning.squarespace.com.
