The Innocence Project Newspaper Article Project
Founded in 1992 by visionary attorneys Peter Neufeld and Barry Scheck, the Innocence Project has been at the forefront of criminal justice reform, using DNA and other scientific advancements to prove wrongful conviction.In this project, students choose a person that was exonerated by the Innocence Project. 12 Angry Men Writing Assignment on Jurors' Votes/Changes
This assignment deals with choosing 3 jurors and discussing the reasons how, why, and when they changed their initial votes. There is an overview of the assignment, a worksheet for organizing the requirements of a 5 paragraph essay, a peer response form, and the grading rubric.
