We began a new curriculum this past year and after many discussions during Professional Learning Community meetings I came up with a series of options in the form of a mini-book. Small Group Lesson Plan Template and Student Progress Tracker

Independent Reading Rubric - CCSS Aligned
This triangular-shaped rubric can be used for Independent Reader Journaling, D.E.A.R. Time Reflections, or other types of Close Reader writing.
