No Vehicles on the Sidewalk is a disucussion on how the wording of a law can be interpreted different ways depending on circumstances. The law is simple: "no vehicles on the sidewalk". However, in each of the different scenarios students will debate on whether the "offender" has actually done something wrong, broken the law, both, or neither. I use this with my 9th grade Government students but it is simple enough to be used at the middle or even elementary level.
