While teaching 5 grade US History, we had our own elections as a whole grade. This document explained the requirements students had to uphold to be President, Vice President, or Secretary of State. We held two different election dates. One to narrow down our candidates and another for the final election. After elections where done and announced, students would meet with the grade teachers once a month to help plan service projects for the grade or other items.
