Does anyone else have a hard time writing measurable IEP goals for students who need to work on staying on task? So many times in IEPs, I read something that sounds like this: "By next year, the student will stay on task, improving from 1/5 to 5/5 observed opportunities."- What does that even mean? How do you decide what's "on task" and what isn't?
If you're wondering the same thing, then this rubric is exactly what you need!
I made this for one of my students based on what he needs to work
