These are sources for different legends which includes short stories, Arthurian legends, and Grimm Fairy Tales. Most of the sources are linked, and there are extra materials. These materials are laid out for three weeks (only about two sources from each of the “books” are used). However, there are enough extra materials to last for several weeks. This is intended for high school students in an English course, but it would also work for a social studies course.
