Minimum 2 day lesson along with some extra PowerPoints that were given to me about the Mongols.
Day 1 students partake in a Gallery Walk (Slides are in powerpoint form should you want more direct instruction) examining weapons of the Mongols as they hang on the walls in different stations, museum style.
Students draw the weapon and describe it, giving it a grade after discussing each weapon's strengths and weaknesses within their groups or whatever you would prefer.
