Mackin Via Scavenger Hunt
This is a simple scavenger hunt designed for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. It is for schools who have Mackin Via accounts. I created this to get students to access our Mackin Via books and get a glimpse of the materials that are available.
There are 3 scavenger hunts to a page, so very little paper is needed.

December/Christmas/Winter Journal Writing Prompt Booklet
This is a 7 page booklet that features two journal entries on each page. The first is a title page, so there are 12 writing prompts. Each page has several lines for a student response, as well as a box to draw a picture of the journal entries.
These half sheets are to be cut out and given to students one at a time. At the end of the month, just before break, I like to punch holes and bind the journals for students to keep as a momento.

Snowman Thinking Activities

Mitten Math Match
Set of 20 pairs of mittens. Each pair has a number from 1-20 on one mitten and the corresponding number of snowflakes on the other mitten. Holiday or Winter-Themed Late or No Homework Coupons
Students love getting presents from their teachers, but it can get expensive. These coupons were created to give the kiddos an extra night for homework or a free night.
