This is a game that I like to play with my students as an icebreaker at the beginning of the school year, also I use it towards the end of the school year. The students enjoy it so much that they constantly ask to play it. Once introduced to students, teachers can use this as an end of class reward for positive classroom behavior. Knowledge is Power Rap: Daily Affirmation
A fun rap song that promotes and affirms that knowledge is power that students in all grades can use during morning/end of the day meetings, during after-school programs and in groups and clubs.
You can select your own instrumental to go with it or have your scholars make their own beat (that lesson plan will be coming soon)!

Each year my kids learn a new testing song to motivate them for State testing periods. This song is to the tune of Tao Cruz's Dynamite. I purchase the karaoke version, and they picked it up right away. Best for grades 5-8.
