Christmas Christmas Program - "Who's the Best?"

Every year, believers bemoan the secularization of Christmas. The peripheral has become central and the central focus – Jesus – has been pushed to the edges of our celebration. The whole point of Christmas is that God, seeing our hopeless sin, sent a Savior to become one of us – true God, true man – to live and eventually suffer and die to take the punishment for our sin. This program was initially presented by a Christian elementary school which included grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grad

Christian Christmas Program - "Messages from the Manger"

This is not your typical Christmas program. There are no costumes and no nativity scenes. There are, however, words of encouragement and faith and hope for those who need to remember the message of love God sent to us through the baby in the manger. Through narration that takes the congregation through the Christmas story and the poems and songs of 4 groups of students (aged 3-14), the four messages from the manger are shared -- fear not, God chose you, God guides you, and God is with you. Macbeth Script (Abridged)

This version of Macbeth has been abridged by Drama Dreams and English Themes. The abridged script cuts about 5,000 words out of the play (taking it down to about 13,000 words), while maintaining all important plot points, major character development, and the beauty of Shakespeare's language. The character of Hecate has been removed. Depending on direction, the run time of this script is about ninety minutes. It would also be appropriate to read in the English classroom as a supplement or replace

Christian Christmas Program - "The Great Exchange"

In this very dramatic Christmas program, the students (grades preschool through 8th grade) clearly and powerfully present the gospel concept which Martin Luther referred to as “The Great Exchange.”  In this great exchange, God, through Christ, takes on our worst and, in turn, gives us His divine best.  This program is highly suitable for presenters of any age.At the front and center of the sanctuary, place a large wooden manger.  Around the manger arrange large presents in bright, festive wrappi

I wrote this play for a children's church nativity presentation with a twist and had an absolute ball with the children presenting it to our church. We pre-recorded the children's voices reading the parts and they mimed the presentation to a sound track that I developed on Premier Pro (due to licensing issues I cannot supply this) and we used the church singers to incorporate Christmas Carols into the presentation.
