Easy Reader's Theatre Fairy Tale Scripts FREEBIE
As a first grade teacher, I struggled to find reader's theatre scripts that were easy enough for my young students to read, so I wrote my own!
This is a FREE sample of Little Red Riding Hood (with six parts) to try out in your own classroom.
All scripts have picture cues to make it easier for your students to find their parts. I've tried to create each script to be at approximately a mid-first grade level.

Readers Theater Script of The Three Little Pigs - 1st Grade
Enjoy practicing reading with expression with this Reader's Theater script based on the classic tale of the Three Little Pigs. Reader's Theater provides an authentic reason for students to reread text in order to improve fluency.
This script is written for 6 characters, but really is just 5 parts because the mother pig only has one line.
This is fun to do as a puppet show too!
