Content Warnings Research Project - Applying the Constitution
After your students have learned about the rights granted to the federal government and protected for citizens and states as per the Constitution and the Amendments, have them apply that knowledge to argue whether or not the federal government should be allowed to require content warnings/ratings on songs and movies.This is a great project for US History or Government students, particularly those interested in music.
