Use these fitness cards during your My Plate unit! We play a My Plate tag game in PE that I have learned from different PE teachers. You simply have 5 taggers that hold tagging objects that are the same color as each My Plate category (purple=protein, blue=dairy, red=fruits, green=veggies, orange=grains). Once tagged, you go to the section of the gym with one of these fitness signs up. You do the exercise (teacher decides the number of repetition based on age) and then you can re enter the game.
