MY TEACHING STYLE

We believe in using and honoring a range of teaching styles in our approach to education, with the ultimate aim of students becoming physically literate and independent learners who thrive on taking on new challenges. However, in order for students to get to this point they will need to progress through a range of teaching styles which may begin with more teacher centered styles (i.e., command, practice and reciprocal styles), and then progress to more student-centered approaches (e.g., guided discovery, learner initiated etc.). Our team has garnered a range of teaching certificates and awards, starting with First-Class BA Physical Education, Sports and Exercise Science, Post-Graduate Certificates in Education (PGCE) and MA International Education to professional coaching awards and certificates in a plethora of sports, such as athletics, basketball, baseball, cricket, dance, gymnastics, rugby, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball and many more.
