As part of our aspects of citizenship unit, my grade 5s had to take this "citizenship test" to participate in our Citizenship ceremony. It is 5 pages and can be modified to your specific needs and is based on the Ontario Curriculum. It discussed rights and responsibilities, the electoral process, and had a variety of sections to aim to hit as many different types of learners as possible.
