Calculus BC - Working With Fractals and Infinite Geometric Series Project
In this project students will choose a fractal. They will find the total area generated by the fractal and the total perimeter generated by the fractal after each iteration. Students will also find the total area and perimeter generated by their fractal after an infinite number of iterations. Students are to make a fractal and include at least 4 iterations of the fractal. Design a Roller Coaster (AP Calculus BC)
In this project students will design a roller coaster. Students will input equations in Desmos, along with domain restrictions, in order to display a roller coaster that has multiple relative extrema, at least one loop, and has no sharp turns.This is designed for AP Calculus BC students, as they must include an equation in polar form, a set of parametric equations, and they must be able to differentiate.
