Behavior Reflection Sheet
You can use this behavior reflection sheet to conference with a student when they need additional coaching and support through a tough situation. Students need you to give them support, reiterate the expectation, give them the breakdown of how the expectation was not met, and then give them the benefits of complying and the closure to do better next time. This sheet helps the student think through their behavior before you have this difficult conversation with them so they have "think time".
