Hans: Overcoming Obstacles
While teaching the book "Wonder" to my sixth grade students, we discussed deeply the concept of overcoming obstacles. My wonderful cat, Hans, has a disability called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which affects his balance and overall movement. I wanted to present my students with a different viewpoint of disabilities and used this Smart Notebook as a way of promoting discussion.
