Sleep 911: First Aid for Sleep!
This Google Slides presentation is part of my "The Science of Sleep" unit. I begin the unit with surveys on student sleep habits and readings and videos on the importance of sleep. We then read about reasons why teens may have difficulty sleeping. This slide show is part of a lesson in which we look at solutions to sleep problems.
