This science investigation rubric follows the Scientific Method and covers six areas: Question, Prediction, Materials, Plan, Data Collection and Display, and Conclusion. It is set up so that you can easily grade your students' science investigations. After learning about Mendel's first and second experiment, students make a comic strip or story board as an assessment of their understanding. The project must show their understanding of the self pollinating results and the cross pollinating results. Students use all the vocabulary associated with basic genetics.A rubric is included for easy, objective grading.
