Course Description/Overview:The purpose of this class is to teach strategies and tips for how to strengthen your body language; how you move physically through the world impacts your relationships and your success within it. In this crash course, we will examine and discuss gendered spaces and expectations, while challenging you to make changes in your daily routine and life that will improve your confidence, self-awareness, and physical demeanor.
