Breathe like a bear coloring activity for 1st-8th grade. This is in English and Spanish. I used this particular coloring activity during a lesson about 'bear breathing' nice and slow when we need to take a break or feeling an intense emotion. The students enjoyed coloring the mandala-like design on the bear. They then hung them in their classrooms to remind themselves--I can always breathe like a bear!
