Fraction project: I want to be a caterer!
This project is broken into three tasks that increase in difficulty as students work through. It is a real life project that combines fraction, multiplication, addition, and money standards. It takes students through cooking scenarios with having to adapt recipes to feed a certain amount of guests. The third task also includes adding money as the students "shop" for their ingredients at the store. This project is meant as an enrichment opportunity for students in upper elementary.

The Waffle Project
Life Skills, Math & Cooking Lesson:This is a project utilizing grocery searches and waffle recipes for a class of 12-15 students. It includes recipes, worksheets and a math section where students practice looking at grocery store websites and looking at our recipes as a list of ingredients to purchase.
