Research Paper Student Notes Template
I created this for my 9th grade students who were struggling with taking notes for a research project.
Rather than using index cards, which are easily lost, this template can be photocopied and hole-punched to be placed into a binder, or stuck in a folder, for easy access. The top of each box has room for the student to list the title, author(s), and where they found the source so they can easily find it again when its time to make their reference page.
