This text offers both fiction and non-fiction pieces that help students learn about what it means to be a Forensic Investigator and the steps investigators follows at a crime scene. Articles include topics such as sketching a crime scene, packaging evidence, DNA, and blood stain patterns. Each text piece has an overall question that focuses on CCSS skills such as inferences, central idea, connections and distinctions, and supporting claims with evidence and reasoning.
