Writing Folder
Create a writing folder for your students to organize his/her writing his year. Generate ideas for writing on the cover of the writing folder. Decorate, color, or glue ideas for accessible writing ideas. Laminate the clover, if possible, for long lasting use.
These resources can be accessible in school or at home. The personal word wall list can be used for students to organize frequently used words or expanded vocabulary words.

These prefix cards were made for my 3rd year students who had nothing like this in our classroom. They instantly responded to the bright colors, the three sets, and the fun booklet. It's still a favorite work in my classroom.Each of the 3 sets is more or less equal in terms of difficulty, but each has 12-15 prefixes to study. The child is encouraged to go to the dictionary to find words that contain the prefixes from each set.
