Guided Reading Take Home Exit Slips
I teach these concepts whole group in Reader’s Workshop. Then I pull small groups and reteach/conference with each group. After working in a text in a small group, I send the book we worked with home in a gallon size ziplock baggy along with one of these slips. This enables the parents at home to continue the work from class on a one on one basis.
