Morning Meeting Resources and Ideas
Morning meetings generally last fifteen to thirty minutes and offer an opportunity for children to practice social-emotional and academic skills. The structure usually has four components: greetings, sharing, group activity (games) and a morning message. Love Monster Smart Board Speech Language Activities
Smart board activities to go along with the book "Love Monster" by Rachel Bright. Great story to use during the month of February. It is not a Valentine's book but it talks about finding love. This SMART Notebook interactive lesson introduces levers as a simple machine. Teachers and students will identify the six simple machines, the three components of a lever system, the three classes of levers and equillibrium calculations of a Class I lever system.
