TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been working in this field of Speech Pathology for over 19 years now. I have worked in private facilities and private practice settings for 11 of those years. The last 8 have been in the public school setting. I work with children with various communication deficits with mild to profound delays. I am also working with the LIfe Skills program where I am able to help my students prepare for life after school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I don't think I have a particular teaching style. It really depends upon the particular student I am working with. I definitely utilize many different modalities to reach my students ranging from simple objects and pictures to the more complex usage of technological devices such as the SMARTboard/table and iPad.
