FREE Kindergarten Sight Word List and Assessment - 100 words!
Mastering sight words is essential to becoming a good reader! This is the list of 100 sight words that I teach my Kindergarten students every year. Many of them are reading at a 2nd grade level when they leave Kindergarten!
This set includes a master list of 100 words that you can pass out to parents as well as an assessment sheet that you can mark on and total your students' progress throughout the year.

Sight Word Doodle Book- Aligned with mClass WR lists
In my classroom students keep these in their book box and practice words during read to partner time. It also gives me easy access to a list of the words when I want to practice with them one-on-one.
They are allowed to “doodle” in their book when they have free time in the classroom (reading time in not free time). This often solves the "early finisher" problem in my classroom.

Journeys 1st Grade "The Storm" Comprehension Packet
Use this packet to review the story "The Storm". The 12 pages cover the following:
