Student Reward Chart Recording Sheet
Daily recording sheet to be used with the Student Reward Chart. Can be used as a digital record or print it off to write on. I have used this as data to track student behaviour and inform parents and leadership. I wrote my notes by hand but then took a picture to send to parents at the end of each week and saved a digital copy to the student's file.

Student Reward Chart
Individual student reward chart (works well with high behaviour/trauma/students with a disbaility/disengaged students). The purpose of this resource is to promote the idea of work then reward using a 10-point reward system. I suggest laminating the reward chart so that it can be reused and put magnetic tape on the back so that it can be placed on a whiteboard. Use a whiteboard texta to write and a magic eraser to clean.
