This is a copy of the vocabulary list used with my level 1 French students while reading the novel Pauvre Anne, using this as a "personal dictionary". Each chapter has two extra rows that students write in their own unknown words. I provide students with unknown words for each chapter. This is a simple Flipbook Organizer for interactive notebooks. Essentially, students fill in the title at the bottom of the card and write the information on the back of the card. Then, They tape them in their notebooks so that only the titles of the cards are showing. Then when they flip the card up, they see the information.
