Pauvre Anne- CI/TPRS Novel by Blaine Ray Essential Vocabulary List- DIGITAL!

This is a copy of the vocabulary list used with my level 1 French students while reading the novel Pauvre Anne, using this as a "personal dictionary". Each chapter has two extra rows that students write in their own unknown words. I provide students with unknown words for each chapter. As part of their assignments (homework or classwork) they must find two additional words per chapter. Students keep a copy of this list while reading the novel and then I ask them to write a summary of the book for a final grade in which they are allowed to use the list as a reference. You could also create a quiz or assessment for students based on their personal dictionary words when you are done reading the book.
