This is a 2 sided worksheet I like to get my students to do at the beginning of the year. I keep them in a folder and look at 2 students a week so I can reference something in class as a micro relationship building activity and for their birthday I give them a pencil with a piece of cardboard in the shape of a balloon in the favourite colour saying happy birthday.
