Behavior Think Sheet for Elementary Specials Classes

The specialist team at my school (Music, Art, Library, and P.E.) uses this “think sheet” when dealing with inappropriate behaviors from our students. We go through a process in our classroom to deal with the unwanted behavior and that usually looks something like this: redirection, second redirection, “safe seat”/time out chair, think sheet in the “buddy room,”
