A beautiful and fully editable Culinary Arts course overview / agreement / class rules / syllabus. I make one class set that I keep. I also upload the PDF to my Google Drive and create a scannable QR code. I put the QR code on the agreement form that I send home with my students for parent/guardian signature.

I have created 16 clean up checklist signs to hang at each workstation in my classroom. I use five easy written instructions in order to ensure the instructions are easy to read and to the point. I also left a space for you to take your picture and include it in the sign. By offering students a visual reminder of what the workstation should look like at the end of each period ensures that you will have to do less cleaning at the end of each period and holds students responsible.

Family and Consumer Science Classroom Expectations

Work Based Learning Student Folder
This folder serves as the parent/student paperwork for the Work-Based Learning program--from liability to photography to insurance. Students are able to fill it out with their parents and return it the WBL Coordinator. The Coordinator may use the folder to record hours and pay and use it to keep up with any documents the students turn in throughout the year.
