How to Be A Good Citizen Activity w/ Visual Supports (Autism / Special Needs)
How to be a Good Citizen includes 2 activities:Graphic Organizer - of different ways each student can practice being a good citizenBuilding Sentences - students can use the visual supports to build the 6 sentences on how they can be good citizens. I would read a story about how to be a good citizen and then spend time on these activities. After these 2 activities I would have my students write out the sentences.Enjoy!

Giraffes Can't Dance Nursery/Reception Assembly
A nursery/Reception assembly retelling the story of ‘Giraffes Can’t Dance’ by Giles Andreae. The teacher acts as the narrator, then there are 6 other speaking parts. Every other child will wear an animal mask and perform in a short dance as a group. The assembly includes full script, links to 6 songs and actions. I also used these dances to teach very fun PE lessons. This is a great way to allow Nursery/Reception children to do a fun assembly they can be proud of and not just stand up and
