A simple conversion poster that shows the main single digit fractions, as well as tenths and twentieths, their percentage and decimal values.
The sheet can be used with a ruler for simple one-sheet visual conversion of fraction, decimal or percentage values. Or the tiles can be cut out for a visual and kinetic activity of adding fractions. Dotted lines to cut with a rotary paper cutter provided for quick cutting out. We advise the teacher or tutor to cut out the tiles for the student.

What is this? A folder to practise the vocabulary related to actions as well as the structure: can you...? Yes, I can. No, I can't. How is it used? Students work by pairs and ask each other questions. With the younger ones, I say the structures orally several times and they repeat it.Recommendations: Laminate the words and the pictures so they can't break. Use a folder and Velcro to play this game.

Australian Issues: Oral Presentation Planning and Assessment Booklet
This is a booklet I created for a year 9 oral presentation assessment task. This booklet includes instructions, a list of topics to choose from, planning pages and a rubric. I have also included 'reliable source' links for studnets to use for their research. On the day of their presentation, students were required to submit this booklet along with a transcript of their presentation. Although this was used with my year 9, I could easily alter it slightly to make it suitable for years 7 and 8. Hop
