Each page has several lines for a student response, as well as a box to draw a picture of the journal entries. These half sheets are to be cut out and given to students one at a time. ABC Order/matching State Cards

These are cards created by Miss Louski to use in teaching and reinforcing ABC order. The cards have both the name of the state and the outline. They can be used to match them together if you put them on separate cards, or can be placed front to back to use to reinforce the shapes of the states. I use these in centers and have students work together to put them in alphabetical order. The states are great because you have lots that start with the same letter and they really have to work at figuri

Finally! A daily review for Social Studies. Not sure about other teachers , but many times it is out of sight, out of mind for my students. We leave a unit to begin a new unit and students do not see it again until spring when we are reviewing for the state tests. It leaves me scrambling in Spring to review students before th
