Leif Erickson Viking Helmet
Design your own Viking Helmet! Leif Erickson Day is October 9th of each year. Celebrate by designing your own helmets to cut out and wear!Students color the viking helmet. Snowman Ornament Gift Tag
This gift tag includes a cute poem! I painted the students' hands with white paint and they put their handprint on an ornament. When the paint dried, they decorated their snowmen (fingers) and the gift tag was attached! Parents love it and it is a simple but cute craft that will let parents remember how small their child once was!

Speech Activity: Lip Sync Battle!
I use this activity as a fun way to improve nonverbal delivery skills. It could be used at virtually any time during the year, and might be a fun activity after testing or for the end of school. Additionally, I normally reserve an empty cafeteria or auditorium in order to give students plenty of room to practice. My students are actually excited to come to class when I introduce this!
