I use this assignment with my Technical Writing students. They have to create a fake business, and then create a professional looking brochure to try to attract new customers. Includes rubric. We use Microsoft Publisher, but it will work with several different programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides. This assignment would also work with a business class or with graphic design students.
