Week of Monsters Part II: OPTIC Analysis of Siren Paintings
This activity was designed to promote analysis of various representations of the sirens from Homer's Odyssey. It contains digital links to paintings and a great graphic organizer to promote student understanding. It also contains a great writing prompt that could be turned into a Socratic seminar or online discussion.
